Under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (also known as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law), the Federal Transit Administration administers the Buses and Bus Facilities program (Bus Program) and the Low or No Emission Grant program (Low-No Program) intended to modernize public transit fleets and infrastructure across the United States. These programs are published under a joint NOFO due to overlapping eligibilities and matching implementation timelines. There is $1.1 billion available in this funding round for the Low-No Program and approximately $398 million for the Bus Program.

Below you can find LIH resources to support your city’s application and project implementation process.
