Porcari, Co-founder of the Equity in Infrastructure Project and Former U.S. Department of Transportation Deputy Secretary discussed the unprecedented opportunity that the IRA presents local leaders to advance their clean energy and workforce development goals. This session will also touch on the technical assistance, resources, and strategies local leaders need to maximize their communities’ benefits from the programs available through the IRA, including consumer-facing tax credits, building retrofits and conversion to cleaner forms of energy.
