The Strengthening Mobility and Revolutionizing Transportation (SMART) and Advanced Transportation Technologies and Innovative Mobility Deployment (ATTIMD) programs (also known as the Advanced Transportation Technology and Innovation (ATTAIN)) are grant programs focusing on using advanced transportation technology to improve transportation systems’ efficiency, safety, connectivity, and performance.
