Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF)

The Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) is a federal-state partnership funded by both the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 and the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) which together provide over $3.2 billion for the CWSRF. The program provides low-cost financing to assist states, tribes, and territories with water quality infrastructure projects that help provide clean water to communities across the US.
